This kitchen remodel was a joy to create. It has a modern farmhouse vibe that we kept fresh by choosing the sophisticated green cabinet color, the brass finishes, rich butcher-block countertops and that super sexy black apron sink. The clients were thrilled with the outcome.

This lower level remodel is still one of my favorites. It went from a typical carpeted dingy basement to something unique and tailored to my clients tastes. By color drenching, adding oversized original statement art and using copious amounts of vintage furnishings this space is now as interesting as it is functional.

Using wallpaper in unexpected places can really elevate a home. The chinoiserie wallpaper used in this stairwell provides a heavy hit of personality and represents both of my clients favorite colors. They were hesitant at first, as clearly the wallpaper is not subtle in nature. However, once it was installed, they were thrilled with the outcome. Such a special feature in a typically overlooked space.

This renovation was a down to the studs, moving walls to create a new bedroom, a workout room, and a full bar kind of project. The clients wanted a fresh, modern new space to entertain, provide a place for family time and add value to their home. By changing the layout and adding stylish finishes in keeping with their personal aesthetics, I believe we succeeded! It was a joy to create this space that they will enjoy for years to come. So grateful for my clients and their trust.

This space is one of my favorites. Balancing the super modern shell of this home with warmth (vintage rug and burl wood coffee tables,) fresher style forward pieces (lighting, daybed and sofa) and my clients existing pieces (chairs) really helped to keep this home from feeling too sterile. Which is always a concern (for me) when creating a design within a super modern house. It’s all in the mixing, rather than the matching.

The ask for this design from the client was for a modern eclectic aesthetic that wasn’t too over the top, yet still interesting and unique. Sticking mostly with earthy neutral hues, pattern and a variety of finishes keep this design fresh and stylish.

This bathroom was part of a new build that my clients brought me in to help with from the jump. I love working with builders open to new ideas. I changed the lighting and its placement, color scheme, and finish selection to reflect my clients taste. I also added a third mirror to make the design more interesting and modernize it. The rug adds color and a one of a kind vintage vibe that offsets the super modern finishes and color palette, which gives it more of an eclectic feel. Love it!

This small sweet kitchen packs a colorful punch. The home was built in the 40’s and my client wanted it to feel modernized but still in keeping with the homes original charm. She specifically requested cabinets with color! I created two separate designs to present keeping all her asks in mind. Looking forward to seeing what my client chooses and moving forward into the construction phase.

Kitchen plans are incredibly intricate things. But when they come together it sure is satisfying.
